As a graduate of Graphic Communications and Advertising from George Brown College taking her knowledge of graphic design, marketing, and leadership, Kimberley brings a combination of creativity and operational expertise to bring the clients vision to life. Kimberley worked in Long-Term Care, where she was responsible for admissions and occupancy, marketing, and being a liaison in the community and where she managed a 13-person team as Activity Director, gave her the skills to work in people centered environments. She worked as an Account Executive managing high end developers and builders in the real estate marketing field. Inspired by her grandmother, Young at Heart Painting delivers creative experiences into Retirement and Long-Term Care communities. Young at Heart Painting has reached over 14,000 seniors and has curate events that bring hundreds of people together. Their programs offer group programs for seniors and staff members, 1:1 individual support program and mural programs in Canada and the USA. The company hires professional artists in the community and haas a goal to reach over 1 million seniors. In 2026, their 1:1 Individual Support program that provides one to one engagement programs, was recognized by the Ontario Long Term Care Association (OLTCA) for their partnership with a local Long Term Care home. Kimberley is the author of My Life By Design: The Ultimate Transformational Journal & Workbook and has hosted over 50 group journaling workshops, focusing on clarity, empowerment, and personal growth. She has been featured on Brian Crombie Radio and CBC News: The National, and has delivered a TEDx-style talk in her hometown.
